«  Train groups of community members to understand and appropriately utilize skills related to healthily expressing emotions, communicating expectations, negotiating consequences, giving feedback to others, refusal skills, recognizing the symptoms of chemical dependency, and intervening when they believe that they, or someone they love, may be chemically dependent.
